Return Instructions
In case of returning the product without any change or other additional purchase, the return costs are borne by the customer. If the customer wishes, he can use our courier for his convenience, at our expense, in this case the shipping costs are deducted from the return amount. Returns are accepted if the product is delivered to the courier, obtaining a return shipping number, no later than 3 calendar days (72 hours) from the date you received it from the courier.
In case of a change in the exchange, the customer is charged the shipping costs.
For exchange of products that are on sale (i.e. at a discount of 30% and above), shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If you have received via BOX NOW and want to return the product to our eshop, the process is easy!
Write the 10-digit voucher number – which was on your original package – on the return package.
If you have not kept the voucher, you can find the 10-digit code in the sms/viber you received from BOX NOW
If you have kept the original voucher, then simply stick it on the return package
Take the return package to the locker that serves you, type the 10-digit number on the pinpad and press OK.
Place the package in the locker and close the door.
Size change
Products can only be exchanged when a different size or a different color from the same product code is available.
Crediting your account
Once the return is processed, the amount is credited to the customer account at api-d.gr.
The credit: (a). Can be used for your next purchase at api-d.gr. (b). Can only be used once on a future order within one month of the return. (c). Not cumulative with other store credits. Must be used in its entirety on a purchase that is equal to or greater than its value.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after the products have been returned, inspected and accepted by api-d.gr. For orders paid by credit card, the refund amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days and will appear on their next credit card bill. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Orders paid by bank transfer must be refunded to the original account. In the case of a refund, the customer is charged for the shipping costs of the products.
Terms and Conditions
The security label must still be intact and attached to the products. Products must not have been worn, washed or modified in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Shoe soles must be in excellent condition and free of any marks. Products must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (bags, hangers, cases, etc.) that they were received in. Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged or modified or used as an outer box for shipping. Products must be packaged in the packaging they were received in. Include the original receipt/invoice with the returned package. In the event of a defective or problematic product, you must follow the above instructions. api-d.gr reserves the right to request that you send a photo of the defect or problem with the product before approving the return. Where possible, api-d will repair the defective product. Products that show any signs of use or damage must be returned to the customer. api-d.gr reserves the right to refuse a return of a product that is not approved or not shipped in accordance with the return policy described above. In case of unauthorized or improper returns, the goods will be returned to the customer at the shipping address indicated in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, api-d.gr will deduct 10% of the transaction value to cover administrative costs. For any issue not expressly mentioned, the European regulation on distance selling prevails.
