Return instructions
By law, returns must be sent within 14 days from the date of order receiving.
In case of return of the product without any change or other additional purchase, the return costs are borne by the customer. If the customer wants, he can use our courier company for his convenience, at our expense, in this case the shipping costs are deducted from the refund amount.
Wrong Size
Products can only be exchanged when a different size or a different color from the same product code is available.
Account Credit
Once the return processing is completed, the amount is credited to the customer account at api-d.gr.
Credit: (a). It can be used for your next purchase at api-d.gr. (b). Can only be used once in a future order within one month of return. (c). It is not cumulative with other store credits. It must be used in its entirety in a market that is either equal to or greater than its value.
Money return
Returns will be made as soon as the products have been returned, checked and accepted by api-d.gr. For orders paid by credit card, the refund amount will be available to customers in about 10 days and will appear on their next credit card account.
Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company. Orders paid by bank transfer must be returned to the original account. Upon refund, the customer will be charged the shipping costs of the products.
Terms of use
The security label should still be intact and affixed to the products. The products must not be worn, washed or modified in any way, and must not show signs of use. Shoe soles must be in excellent condition and have no marks. Products must be returned with all original labels, packaging and other accessories (bags, hangers, cases, etc.) received. Shoes and other accessories should be returned with their original boxes, which should not be damaged or modified or used as an outer box for shipment. Products must be packaged in the package received. Include the original receipt / invoice along with the returned package. In case of defective goods, you must follow the instructions above. Api-d.gr reserves the right to request that you send a photo related to the defect or problem of the goods before the return is approved. Where possible, api-d will repair the defective product. Products that have any signs of use or wear should be returned to the customer. Api-d.gr reserves the right to refuse the return of a product that is not approved or is not sent in accordance with the return policy described above. In case of unauthorized or non-approved returns, the goods will be returned to the customer at the shipping address indicated in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, api-d.gr will deduct a 10% of the value of the transaction for the payment of administrative expenses. For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European regulation on distance selling prevails.
